Welcome to Deal Shed. By accessing and using our marketplace, you agree to comply with and be bound by our terms of service. Deal Shed provides a platform for users to list, sell, and buy items locally. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of the items sold, and the fulfillment of transactions. We reserve the right to remove any listings or suspend accounts that violate our community guidelines, engage in fraudulent activity, or list prohibited items. All platform fees are non refundable unless stated otherwise.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place ads. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login details secure, and not to use DealShed for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, weapons, counterfeit goods, recalled products, and anything restricted under Irish or EU law. Listing fees are charged per ad and any optional Spotlight upgrade is billed at the time of purchase. DealShed is a venue that connects buyers and sellers; we are not a party to the transactions themselves and do not guarantee the condition, legality or delivery of any item. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
